How to import Hand Control Car to your country:
  • You will inform us by E-mail, which model you want to import and name of your country.
  • We'll send you quotation with total price to your country, including shipping charges and marine insurance.
  • You will send your full name (or company name), your full address, your telephone number, your fax number (if any), and the name of sea port where you want toimport a car.
  • Our accounts department will issue official proforma invoice with our Japanese Bank account detail.
  • You will send payment by wire transfer (telegraphic transfer) through your Bank to our Japanese Bank.
  • Before sending remittance, you can verify our company's credibility at "Japan Company Trust Organization" (JCTO) which is an anti-fraud organization in Japan.
  • For any assistance, you can call our international sales representative in English or Japanese at +81334138080 between 10:00 to 18:00 (Japan Standard Time) Monday to Friday. Kindly note that, our offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Japanese public holidays.
  • After confirmation of payment, Our accounts department will send official "e-receipt" to you.
  • The production of vehicle will be start at the factory in Japan. The production time in the factory is 4 to 6 weeks vary depend on different models. Kindle note that, some un-expected delay is possible due to earthquake in Japan.
  • After production, the vehicle will be delivered by our shipping agent.
  • Our shipping agent will send the vehicle with first available ship to your port.
  • After sailing of ship from Japan, we'll send you original bill of lading and other documents by DHL.
  • Shipping company's office address and telephone number in your city will be printed in documents. You can contact them by phone or can visit their office for the delivery of vehicle.
  • To ensure that vehicle is "Brand New" you can ask Japan Inspection Organization (JIO) which is Japan's largest organization for the inspection of Automobiles, Heavy Machinery, and Equipments for the physical inspection of car before the shipment.
  • Since these cars are modified at the time of production in the factory, we can supply Brand new cars only. We cannot supply used cars specially modified for handicapped person.
